Which version is binding?+
The Hebrew version (or the base language you choose). Translations are provided for understanding, and the contract says so.
Are my ID documents stored?+
No. The image is read and discarded right away; only the details you confirm are saved in the contract.
Is this legal advice?+
No. MyHoze is a drafting tool. For a special situation, have a lawyer read the contract before you sign it.
Can my lawyer review the contract?+
Yes. Forward them the link you received: they read the contract in their language and can note the changes to request, free of charge.
Is an electronic signature valid in Israel?+
Yes. Israel's Electronic Signature Law (2001) recognises electronic signatures. MyHoze verifies the signer's identity (ID number, email code, confirmation video) and seals the document with a digital fingerprint.
How long is my contract stored?+
For the whole lease, option included, plus one year. You get an email 30 days before deletion to download your copy.
Is renewal included?+
We remind you 3, 2 and 1 month before the end. Renewal creates a new prefilled contract, billed at the same price.
Does MyHoze handle the arnona and electricity transfers for me?+
MyHoze prepares everything: the signed meter reading, the change-of-occupier declaration in Hebrew, the list of documents, a direct link to your town's desk and your details ready to paste.
