MyHoze writes Israeli lease agreements, in Hebrew and in the client's own language, and has them signed remotely.
What we do
MyHoze is an online service that produces residential and office lease agreements for Israel. The contract is written in Hebrew — the legally binding version — with the chosen translation under each clause.
The service covers drafting the contract from the client's answers, checking it against the mandatory rules of Israel's Fair Rental Law of 2017, remote electronic signature by the parties with identity verification, storage of the signed contract, and preparing the move-in formalities: arnona, water, electricity, gas and the building committee.
It is meant for owners letting a property in Israel, whether or not they live there, and for their tenants.
How it is sold
Each contract is paid for once, with no subscription and no later charge. The price shown includes VAT. An invoice is issued automatically after payment.
The service is delivered online immediately: as soon as payment goes through, the contract is reachable from a private link and can be sent out for signature. Nothing physical is shipped.
