PA-PO-PE MARKETING LTD, registered under number 514954700, respects the privacy of the people who use myhoze.net. This document sets out what is collected, why, who receives it and how long it is kept. Questions: contact@myhoze.net, phone +972 54-488-3115.
1. What is collected
What you enter for the contract: the parties' names, ID or passport numbers, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, the details of the property and the terms of the lease.
The signing evidence: the signature image, the short confirmation video and the timestamps, kept as part of the signature certificate.
Minimal technical data needed for security and to prevent abuse.
2. ID documents: read, then deleted
When you scan an ID document, the image is sent for automatic reading and deleted straight afterwards. The image itself is not kept by us. Only the details you confirm go into the contract.
3. Who receives the data
The payment provider, to take the payment and issue the invoice. Your card details never pass through us.
An external artificial-intelligence service, to translate the clauses into the languages you asked for and to rewrite a clause at your request. The contract text is sent to it for that purpose only; it is not used to train models.
An e-mail service, for the links, the verification codes and the reminders.
The cloud provider the site runs on, for storage and execution.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertisers.
4. How long it is kept
The contract and its appendices are kept for the whole lease, option included, plus one year. An e-mail is sent 30 days before deletion so you can download a copy.
An unpaid draft deletes itself after 30 days.
Accounting records are kept as the law requires.
5. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The contract is reached through a secret personal link, and signing requires identity verification and a one-time code sent by e-mail.
We take the usual precautions to protect this data, though no system can be guaranteed impregnable; in the event of a significant security incident, those concerned would be informed.
6. Cookies
The site uses functional cookies only: remembering the display language and keeping you signed in to your personal space. No advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.
7. Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law of 1981 you may see the data kept about you, ask for it to be corrected and ask for it to be deleted. Deleting a signed contract remains subject to statutory retention duties.
