Terms of sale and use

1. Minimum age

Purchases on this site are reserved to people aged 18 or over, with the legal capacity to contract and a valid payment card in their own name or express authority to use it.

A purchase on behalf of a company is made by someone entitled to bind it.

2. What is sold

The site drafts a residential or office lease for Israel, in Hebrew and in the languages chosen, from the answers the buyer provides; it allows the clauses to be edited, the parties to sign electronically with identity verification, the document to be stored, and the utilities transfer (arnona, water, electricity, gas, vaad bayit) to be prepared.

The site is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. The documents it produces do not replace a lawyer's review of a particular situation.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the site in shekels, VAT included. It is a one-off payment per contract, with no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payment is made by card on the payment provider's secure page. Card details do not pass through this site and are not stored here.

A tax invoice-receipt is issued after payment and sent to the e-mail address provided.

4. Delivery

The service is digital and delivered immediately once payment is approved, with no delivery charge. Nothing is shipped physically.

On approval the full contract becomes readable, editable, downloadable as a PDF and ready to send for signature, and a personal link is sent to the e-mail address provided.

If for a technical reason the contract is not available within 24 hours of payment, contact us: we will complete delivery or refund in full.

5. Cancellation and refund

The purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, as long as the contract has not been sent for signature and no party has signed it.

A cancellation request is sent in writing to contact@myhoze.net or by phone on +972 54-488-3115, stating the buyer's name, the contract number and contact details.

In that case the sum paid is refunded, less the statutory cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower, where it applies.

Once the contract has been sent for signature or signed, the service has been fully performed and can no longer be cancelled — unless a failure of the site prevented delivery, in which case the refund is full.

Israel's Consumer Protection Law of 1981 and its regulations prevail over this clause in case of conflict.

6. Liability

Documents are produced from the answers the user provides. It is for the user to check that they are correct and that the contract suits their circumstances.

The company and those acting for it are not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service or of the documents produced, including loss of profit or consequential loss. Information on the site is neither a professional opinion nor a legal recommendation.

The Hebrew version of the contract binds; translations are provided for understanding. The company is not responsible for the interpretation of a translation.

In any event the company's liability will not exceed the sum actually paid for the contract concerned.

7. Intellectual property

The site's content, its design, the clause texts and the software belong to the company. They may not be copied or distributed without written permission, except for the user's own use of the contract produced for them.

8. Personal data

The handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

The company may amend these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the time of purchase.
